I’m Kristin Brenner, and I Work with people who are navigating trauma, life transitions, and the challenges of midlife—including perimenopause and motherhood—to help them feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their lives.

Life can feel like too much—and yet, you're expected to keep holding it all together.

Whether you're balancing motherhood, managing a career, moving through a major life transition, or simply feeling burned out by the constant demands of everyday life, it's easy to lose touch with yourself. You may lie awake at night wondering if you're doing enough, giving enough, or even being enough.

You are not alone.

As a therapist, I work with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles that no longer serve them. I offer a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to heal.

My approach weaves together self-compassion, nervous system regulation, parts work, and embodiment to support you in coming home to yourself. Together, we explore how your past may be shaping your present, how your nervous system is trying to protect you, and how you can create more aligned, sustainable ways of being.

You already hold deep wisdom within you. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting to your wholeness and reclaiming your sense of self.

Bio

I earned my MSW in 1997 and specialized in working with children, teens, and families.  While raising my own children, I began practicing yoga in 2002 in search of deeper connections in my life. On the yoga mat, I found a sense of coming home to an embodied practice. Around the same time, I participated in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and began weaving mindfulness and meditation into my world.  As time went on, these practices became integral to my life, and I began the path to teaching yoga, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

My work encourages the incorporation of mindfulness and embodiment practices to develop internal awareness, all while coming from a place of lightness and fun. Coaching, mindfulness, and yoga sessions are uniquely designed to meet client’s needs so that each individual can find a sense of authenticity and leave feeling centered, grounded, and alive.
