Yes, you can do yoga from a chair! Yoga is simply joining movement to breath. In chair yoga, postures are adapted through creative use of a chair as a support. Each class will begin with a meditation, followed by active practice - both seated and standing - based on participant’s needs. The class will end with gentle restorative postures. Connect movement to breath in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

Chair Yoga is offered in 6 week series on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 am - 12:45 pm. Participants can choose one or two times per week. The cost for one time per week is $85, two times per week is $155.
